I have tried to do everything using information found on the internet. I only get the message on my ps3 saying ip address timed out.
I go to the mobile connection right click it then select properties. I then click the advanced tab and check allow other computers to share this connection. I then redial and go to my ps3 but i just keep getting the ip address timed out message when i do easy setup.
I have tried to use setup wizard to configure it but it keeps saying windows couldnt complete the setup due to an error. If I go back to the setup wizard and redo it but bridge the two on there it will complete the setup, tell me to restart but when I go back on the ps3 to connect it just keeps saying ip address timed out.
Can anybody provide a detailed step by step directions on how to do this. I may have some settings wrong preventing this. I would like to possibly reset everything to default and startover. I really dont know I have been messing with it for 2 hours now and im getting frustrated. Im pretty good with computers but im stumped?
Also under the Allow other users to connect to this internet connection, where you pick what type of network, it isnt showing anymore. but the box is still checkmarked.
