How to connect my Nokia E63 to a BSNL wireless modem?

Hi, I hvae recently bought a Nokia E63.It has WLAN capability and i want to connect my BSNL wireless modem with it but the problem is that it works on dial up network.When working on a laptop , I first connect to the wireless frequency and then use a dial up network to start surfing the net and I can't make dial up network in my phone I think......
Any help.........
