when i plug in the phone through a usb into my pc the new hardware installation wizard pops up. i follow the steps to install it but it can never find the software. i tried plugging it into all the different usb ports on the computer too.
my pc at work wouldn't recognize it either but the IT guy downloaded a couple of fix's from motorola's website & it worked. i copied those fixes onto a removable memory and installed them into my pc at home. but it still won't install. i want to be able to sync music from WMP into my phone. does anyone know the fix for this?
