i used the USB cable that it came with, and it has a 2gb memory sd card in it. but everytime i plug it in the usb port in my laptop (vista 64-bit) it would say "please insert a disk into removable disk f:" i tried plugging it in different usb ports. still same result. i downloaded the new motorola driver on the website, still the same.formatted the memory card, same result.
