How to Connect IPOD TOUCH via Siemens Router Modem sl2 141?

I Have ADSL Connection via Siemens Router Modem SL2 141 provided by my ISP (with WEP Security). Although my ITOUCH is detecting this network but unable to connect internet. Could anybody help me in solving this problem.
 
Either you have set a manual IP address on your iPod Touch or you have MAC address filtering enabled on your router.

To overcome the first issue, change the iPod Touch to use DHCP for automatic addressing

To overcome the second, log on to your Siemens router and add the MAC address of the iPod Touch to the "allowed" list of MAC addresses.
