How to connect an xbox 360 to the internet using the rogers rocket stick?

I've been killing myself for the past two weeks trying to connect my Xbox 360 to my computer which uses the rogers rocket stick for internet. I've watched about 68 youtube videos that dont help me a bit because they all use modems. I have an extra broadband router which i guess might help, two ethernet wires and my xbox 360. I'm about to jump out of my window because this problem's my obsession. Please someone out there, HELP ME =D
