So, I have a samsung intensity from verizon. I want to put the pictures from my phone on my laptop. My cellphone says it has been connected and the driver is installed, but once I go into My Computer I can't figure out how to get to the photos. I go to my computer and it comes up with all my drives and then under Portable Devices it says SCH-U450 with a cellphone icon. I click on that and theree is nothing there. My cellphone says Connect to the PC. Call Disabled.
