How to connect a cell phone to the internet via bluetooth?

Ok i have a blackberry pearl 8100, and i wanna connect it to the internet with the internet connection im getting at home. How can i do this ? and btw i have windows 7
 
If it's anything like my BB Curve, then even a wi-fi or bluetooth connection requires a data plan. If you don't have a data plan, then you can't connect to the Internet by any means, other than the few sites that your provider allows you free access to.

If you DO have a data plan, I don't know the specifics of connecting via Bluetooth.
