How to Conduct Bingo Games?

My employer (a non-profit) has asked me to look into setting up a once a week Bingo games. I certainly have played Bingo, but have no idea how to really set it up. Is there a website someone can refer me to, to tell me how to begin? I will be buying the machine and cards, but not sure how to set up the prize money part of it. Thank you
