How to complain to TMobile?

For my birthday i was brought a Tocco light (pink)
I do like it however i am not keen on the colour, after falling very ill i passed the exchange date and was rudely told that i could not return the phone just because i do not like the colour.
I have emailed several times and have not had a responce, it is a complete outrage and i would be very thankful if someone could find a number that i can compain to, as i have had no such luck.

well first of all, your english isnt very good. second, they have a policy. you passed the date you said. that's not their fault. and you want to do this because you didnt choose the right color. again, that's not their fault. i personally, think youre being unreasonable.
