How to complain about a company?

hi all
i have been with vergin Media about 2 months. the service i have now is not the one i have asked for. the broadband ever day disconnected between 4 to 8 pm. and there engineer been once and now same problem happening again and i have to wait 5 days to get the engineer back again. i had same problem 4 years ago and i left them and went with bt and now i am with them again with the same prob. i asked for caller ID and i didn't get it, when i rang them today they asked me to pay extra. i am really fed up. what shall i do?
