How to command NJROTC to the rear?

Ok. So I'm new to a school and they made me Drill CO. I came from a USMC school, so I think the Navy drills differently. So, I saw some guy commanding to the rear one day. He did some weird square thing. I was just wondering how does a commander move while drilling unarmed. Please give me step by step tutorials or a video, picture, something, anything. -Thanks to All
