I rented out my condo in New York to someone, but after a few months, the tenant stopped paying rent. I contacted her many times but she refused to pay. Finally, I sued her in court and the judge ruled that the tenant must pay the 5 months worth of rent that she owes me. However, it's been a few weeks and the tenant has not shown any sign of planning to pay me the money. And according to my attorney, I can't remove her from my property until I request that a court marshall removes her. It seems like I'm at such a disadvantage in this situation. Could someone please advise what should I do to collect the money that she owes me? Many thanks!!!
