how to collect a judgement after the court?

i took a corporation who owned me money for a project to a small claims court and won the case. Now im trying to collect the judgement order by the court but i dont know whats the most effective way to do so. I live in California.

Somebody said to put a lean on their property or company but i am not sure.

Can you please give me some advise? I would appreciate to get an advise from an attorney
