When I was younger and much stupider, me and some friends decided to ride our bikes across wet yellow paint lines dividing the road in two. The paint ended up splattering on the bottom of my bike and covering the frame in drops of yellow paint. Since I was young and stupid, I didn't clean the paint off of the bike and now a few years later I want to clean up my bike frame. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to remove paint drops from a bike frame without removing the paint coat already on it, and is so how? Thanks in advance!
