How to clean after anal then vaginal sex?

Hi. So I just had unprotected anal sex and then vaginal sex right after. What can I do now? How should I clean? I already showed and all that. Should I douche? Please provide some ways to keep me as clean and away from infections as possible!

Oh, and what infections can I receive from doing this? We are both checked and do not have STDs.


i know one should never ever do anal then vaginal. i was just (regrettably) in the heat of the moment
 
Douching can sometimes make matters worse and actually "push" bacteria further into you..not to mention disrupt the Ph level in your vagina. I wouldn't douche even though it does seem like the best thing to do. You just need to let your body's natural cleansing system do it's job. Hopefully that will be enough to prevent any infections. Next time try not to get caught up in the heat of the moment. I know it is easy to get carried away but see what the consequences are. Now you are worried and stressing. It isn't worth it.
 
DO NOT DOUCHE. Douching is extremely bad for your vagina as it cleans out not only the bad bacteria but the good bacteria that you need as well. Instead, go to a CVS or somewhere similar and buy a product called repHresh. It helps to guard against infection by balancing out the pH in your vagina. It's gynecologist reccommended so it's safe to use. The most common infection that would probably follow what you did would be bacterial vaginosis
