How to clean a car that has stickers/graphics on it?

What's the best way to clean/polish/wax etc a car that has graphics on it? Do I clean it like a car with just normal paint or do I have to do anything different because of the graphics, also what about if the car has multi coloured paint (prismic sorta stuff that changes colour as it catches the sun)? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
