how to clean a/c system on a honda civic?

the entire system clogged because i added oil and i didnt know that the ac compressor had oil. i did not replaced the ac compressor i only replace the a/c condenser. so the entire system is clogged now. i went to harbor freight and i bought a pump but no hose came with it and i asked and they gave me some wierd hoses that did not work. so now im wondering if there is any way that i can fix it. can any one tell me on how to unclogged the system?
 
Just FYI, it is illegal for you to work on your car's AC system unless you have the proper certifications for handling refridgerant (MACS certifications). Its a $32500 fine last time I checked.
