Your best bet would be to go to your local auto parts store and buy a repair manual ( Haynes or Mitchell are good) they are a must have for do it yourselfer's such as yourself. They are full of pertinent information that you are going to need throughout this procedure. Thumb through it and you'll be able to figure out what your going to need and the guy at the parts store will be able to help you get all you need. I would suggest doing all of them if your already going to have the head removed. This is a pretty big job so be prepared to have the truck down for a while. It might even be helpful to get a friend that is knowledgeable in this field. GOOD LUCK!!!
