How to change themes in Mac OS X 10.5 (newest v.)? BUT please read details...

...below!? SO i want to change my system themes on mac 10.5 but shapeshifter only works with 10.4, Duality is gone now, metamorphx is only 10.3-- please help! Are there any other applications or ways to manually download themes and do it?
