well i have the background on white (default) and i want to change it to a light blue, yes i mean explorer NOT internet explorer for those of you who don't know the difference, internet explorer is a web browser and explorer is a browser and not a web browser:
web browser: search stuff on the internet and that kinda stuff
browser: just stuff on your computer
