How to change the theme of my Motorola Droid 2?

On my droid 2 the theme changed on its own from the default theme. It was all silver and now its this blue color, I can't figure out how to change it back. I looked through settings then display and I can't find a way. Can anyone help thanks!
 
You applied a system update and you've been updated to Gingerbread Android 2.3... you're better off not trying to go back, you'll loose a lot of functionality. However, this is a theme-able homescreen app which everyone I know with a Droid 2 by Motorola seems to prefer to default:
