I received a medical exemption card in the mail for vehicle sun-screening/window tint. It allows me to have my front side windows tinted legally in a way others cant. However, on the card it says i can only have a film that it 60%. 60% is not dark enough to help my migraines so i was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to change it to something around 20%.
I both emailed and called the DMV and still havent heard back. Any suggestions? Thanks
