how to change settings on opening images / pictures /files on windows xp?

New member
got an image /picture /rtf file on email , it cannot open , so i choose manually form the programs , i click windows picture and fax viewer , but under the box below i wrong click the " always use this progran to open this kind of file" like this. the question is now every time i am going to open these files it automatically when to window pic and fax viewer, how can i change the setting ? where should i go ?pls. help . thanks
