How to change hotsync name on Tungsten T

Can someone please remind me how to change the hotsync name?
I've got a new Treo and want to change the old user name

Hard Reset the T this will clear the username and all data.

Then create a new User/Hot Sync name from the Hot Sync menu inside of the Palm Desktop.

Then you can hot sync and when prompted for the user name - select the newly created one.
