J joeh297 New member Oct 20, 2010 #1 My HTC snap has a symbol in the top right corner that resembles a set of headphones. Now i cant hear people when they call and they cannot hear me. I guess the phone thinks there is a hands free headphone connected. Any input is appreciated. Thanks
