N Nikole New member Aug 17, 2009 #1 I have a 1989 Buick Lesabre, and I got a flat tire. The hub cap seems to be PART of the tire, so I am not sure how to change the tire since it is stuck on there and I can't get to the screws to change it... please help? Thanks Nikole
