How to catch a black guy who stole my bike?

earlier my friend told me a black guy took his bike, (no lie) what should he do about this and is there any way to catch the guy who took it cuz that bike was a half days pay for my friend and thats his only way to get to the laundry mat he owns, u might know its chongs cleaners, (no lie) thats his real name too, kinda sterotypical i think but hey stranger things have happened, but yeah who knows how to catch a black guy who stole my friends bike. also i just put it was my bike for the title cuz i thought it would get more views so i can get more help for this horrific event.
