In November of last year, I decided to open a business in Texas. The business owner who I bought business from referred me an accountant that will set up a company for me. I pay him like $450 to have everything done before grand opening. A week before grand opening, I decided to quit the business. I talked to the accountant to cancel my business title/company which he never did. My question is "how to cancel a business title/company by myself'? I lived in California right now it there is any way that I can do it online?
