How to cancel a vodafone contract which is passed the contract period?

I hope someone can help me. I was paying for a vodafone sim-only 12month contract for my boyfriend which is due up this week. I have recently split with my boyfriend and want to now end this contract but am unsure how to do this.
I'm on orange so does anybody know a customer service number to vodafone to ring for non-vodafone networks.
