How to cancel a fido plan?

I have the lg neon and im so sick of it! It sucks! I want to get my car and run it over it! It randomnly turns off and the screen freezes like hell. The screen gets frozen but the buttons are still on! I have a 2 year fido plan and i pay $25 a month. I want to get a new phone with a different plan. How do i do it?? Will it cost alot of money??
