How to calculate this specific Volume?

So I have got a rectangular prism a cube and a triangular prism. All of these have the same surface area and its possible for me to work out there volumes. My physics teacher is asking me "what would be the best shape for a hull- least mass and most volume". How do i identify which will hold the most weight with the least mass. I dont completely understand the volume to mass ratio-specific volume? Im doing junior physics so can I please get a understandable answer on how I can prove which will be the best shape to use :) thankyou a lot
