How to bypass image protection - trying to save image but it saves as a 1x1 blank...

...square? You know on some websites they put image protection on the images and when you try to save an image it simply appears as a blank 1x1 square in your documents, I want to bypass that, how?

I know I can screenshot the image and save it that way but this is very time-consuming.
