How to buy a car?......?

Might sound pathetic but my dad helped me buy my last 2 cars as i really don't know much about them.But he passed away last year and i want to sell my car and buy a new (used) one.

What documents do i need ? how do i change my insurance over from car A to car B? What else do i need to look for?

id talk to a car dealer pretend ur interested in a car act like ur gona but and ask this question then boom bam leave witrh a GREAT answer :) good luck
