How to Burn or Mount an Image?

What does it mean??
Find the Icon/Image and Burn it onto disc...
Or find the game.exe and burn onto disc??
What does mount and image mean and how do you do it?

Please explain..
E.g. i got daemon tools, so what do i click?
Bad explaination?
Which Icon?
In the game file?
On daemon tools?
On my desktop?
You gotta be specific i am noob with this stuff
so according to u guys?
It makes a digital disk??

Ok i have the EXE file in my Documents
I put on daemon tools front part...
Right click?
