How to build up spontaneity ?

I give you an example so you understand:
Yesterday working in the office, my boss get in and saying, "Bob you look so hot!" and all I was thinking of was that,
'do I look like I have a brain that burns and a red face ?'.
But later on I realised that he refered to my out look, as I had an appealing hairstyle.

It mostly happens with my sexuality, as I never used to watch myself as sexy, and specially when meet girls, dont get the message but with a delay. This time I didnt expect to get such a reply from my boss.

And I always keep in mind and analyze messages I cat get.
P.S. I'm not English, maybe this time language was the reason for not vocabulary.
 
English is the hardest language to learn. You will get the hang of it though. You are doing well! Anyway, it sounds like your boss likes you. Don't think too much into it, she probably just noticed how nice your hair looked and said it was good looking. People are finding you attractive and that's ok. You should think you are too if other people are noticing you!
