I'm a girl but really want to build bigger muscles on the legs for martial arts classes. I heard running can but i hate running and only jog for 10 mins or so and fast walk for 20 or 30 mintutes 4 times a week.
I use barbells for the arms which have built muscles but i want more results for my legs now. What to use and workouts to do?
