So i need to build my body up, because I'm very skinny and never seem to put on weight
Age:17
Weight:130lbs
height:5'9
I've been going to the gym and working out 3-4 times a week since Christmas, I've gotten a bit bigger but not much.
I'm sick and tired of all these websites and magazines telling people how to build muscle and every single one of them having a different method and you don't know which one to believe.
So Does anyone have any advice on how to build muscle
ie.
exercises
Supplements
routines
diets
etc.
