How can i build arm muscle for upper and lower? I have only 12 pound dumbbells but i can do 2-3 sets of 10s with the 25 pound dumbbells from school. Can anyone help me? I do taekwondo so i have good stamina, flexibility, and good muscles everywhere else besides my arm.
Oh also what exactly is the "right way to work out"? Can someone give me a simple work out exercise?
