HOW TO BREAK THE NEWS.....?

Hey everyone!... my name is katie.. and i am only 18 years of age, recently i've been getting close ( sexually active with my friend that i have known for over a year now... but now that i am in a pregnant situation.. i feel as if i don't know him as well as i thought i did because i just can't figure out how to break the news to him that i am carrying his child at 4 weeks pregnant.. nor have i told my parents because they would probably disown me... not even joking... i realise what i did was very immature and didn't think the consiquences through.. although, he did wear a condom, unfortunetly it broke.. but condom or not i should have used 2 forms of birthcontrol rather then 1 or just not done it at all.. please give me any ideas or suggestions on how i can break the news to my folks and my friend!!.... thank you.
