how to break a calorie counting addiction?

right so im a teenage girl and think i have a calorie counting addiction. its like i have to know the ins and outs of the nutritional values ona food before i eat it and if i dont know the amount of calories in it, i won't eat it. and example of this is a donut from a bakery! i also try and get about 800 calories a day, and i i get near to a thousand i feel horrible and angry! i also feel angry when my family eat what they want and don't count calories etcc... how can i break this addiction? what should i do when i keep thinking of food all the time? and please don't tell me to go and talk to a councellor and doctor because i really really don't want to :(
