how to block numbers on your Verizon LG enV Touch?

is there a way to do this without my parents having to pay anything? also i dont want them to know.. so basically a free way of doing this directly from my phone.. i know sprint you can do it for free right on your phone without anyone knowing.. i was wondering if you could do that with verizon
