My roommate owes me $40 for Internet. He's being a real asshole about it. Yesterday I asked him for the money again and he told me to "write it down because he keeps forgetting."
The Internet is under my name only and I have full control over the router and modem. We have a Belkin router. So far, the only way I've figured out how to block him service with the modem is to block his mac address. I would like to redirect him to a page, though, that says "You owe $40. Your service has been discontinued until this has been compensated.
