How to bleed 2002 jeep wrangler clutch?

I have an 02 wrangler. It was just replaced but it catches like 1 1/2 inches from the top. Is that normal? everythings fine but is a hydrolic clutch going to move the play around in the clutch. Also if it needs to be bleed (which i hear could be the problem) how do u do it.
 
fills master...then one person pumps pedal a few times and holds pedal down while one person releases bleeder under car then tightens it back up and then person pumps and hold then person release again and then tighten and checks fluid in master you can type
