ok first its all about words. not necisarely saying a lot. its all about not saying a lot and how you say it. its hard to explain but you know what they say practice makes perfect. also use your eyes alot

but why do you want to be a mysterious?
 
Dye your hair black or dark brown
Make eye contact with people, and quickly look away, or just avoid eye contact
have that little mysterious half-smile
dress in colors like black, purple, and dark blue
