I was flipping through channels and I saw Disney Channel for a moment and there were these two teens interviewing some actors and all. So I am curious how they got that job in the first place. Is there a process in order to get hired or is it an insiders job, like on a need to know basis? I just want to know what is needed in order to be able to participate in a job like that- you know, out of curiosity
