How to became an over 28 model like the Newport news,Macy's,Ann Taylor etc models?

My sister in law use to be a model but after she had her kids she stop her career,now she is 30 but she still have an spectacular model body and she would like to be a model again but she doesn't think that because she is over 28 she will be accepted.I told her that she should try to find out how to be a model for this cloths companies like Ann Taylor,Macy's,Newport news etc that sale cloths for woman and no for junior or teenagers.Can she became a over 28 model again...This is a serious question and I would like to get serious answer.Thanks
