Hey I'm a colelge student and I decided that the most effective time to get my work done would be at night. so I've been sleeping from 4pm until midnight and working straight until class. This might seem weird but it worked for about two weeks. now I feel really tired whenever I do it. so much that I can essentially go into a 20 hour sleep cycle ( by going to sleep at 4pm and waking up at midnight working for about 2 hours then going back to sleep until 2pm. This is really bad because I want to take advantage but i lose focus when i do work this late. I've thought of doing things more conventionally by just studying after classes but I end up talking to people on the floor and my friends. so i start homework at ~9pm and go to sleep at around 2pm (and its not even focused work). so how can I become an effective nocturnal person?
