How To Be A Book Reviewer???????????? : )?

I absolutely love reading and writing. A friend told me that some book companies send people books months before they are on the shelfs and the people get to review them! AND they get to keep the books! I would love to do this but I do not know any book companies or places who do this. If anyone can give me any information or direct me to a website where I could do this please post!
