How to backup data

I want to back up my palm data (calendar, date book, contacts etc...) on an external hard drive. What program is used to do such a thing? Thanks for any information.

I use an Iomega 80GB USB external that came with some very good software for backup.

You can also use Norton Ghost by Symantec.

Or you can simply tell the HD via the Windows Exploder to copy everything in the C:\program files\Palm directory and subdirectories.....that'll cover it.

The .dll's and other applications files will still be floating in various caverns of Windows but if you backup the named folder - you'll have all of your user data and then some.
